I’m Manuel, or Manny, or Manuel Alfonso del Sagrado Corazon de Maria García Orellana Baralt for short.
I’m a copywriter at Fallon NY. Before them I wrote at Translation, before that I think I went to Canada on vacation?, before that I probably got a passport, before that I was born in New Jersey—which means sometimes I say ‘cawfee’. It’s a little embarrassing. You may not find it endearing. Unless you really love the Real Housewives of New Jersey—in which case you might just love me.
However I’m not sure if I love you, stranger. After all, we just met. But what I am sure of is this: I love very specific Spotify playlists, talking tattoo ideas, movie posters, and the word maracuyá. I also love work that’s social-first, culture-forward, and falls somewhere in middle between smart and shit-headed.
